NOTE: Only needed for the Idromed series (Hidrex units works on all currents around the world and you have many plug types to choose from!)
 
All customers that want to use an Idromed in a 110-130 V location ( e.g. USA/Canada, Japan) will need this "step-up" power transformer to convert 110v to 230v. If not, the Idromed will not work properly.
 
Our provided transformer series fit perfect with Idromed’s default plug! Not only do our transformers match well, they have also been proven to be as reliable as our iontophoresis machines thousands of times.

This is not an original Idromed supplement approved by the manufacturer but it is essential to have if you wish to use it in 110-130V countries. It is only available with a 3-pin US-plug Type B NEMA 5-15. If you live in another country with another pin system, you can use a simple travel adapter that fits 3-pin US plugs and convert it to plug type that you need. Travel adapters are inexpensive and available in many stores but, please keep in mind that they do nothing more than convert one socket type to another. They do not step up or step down voltages like transformers do.
