Sweating: For iontophoresis, it is really important to maintain the best skin conditions possible. Iontophoresis therapy should be ideally used with healthy skin that doesn’t have any cuts or any large damages that penetrate below the surface. If you have these problems, the iontophoresis current will mainly focus itself around the "low resistance" areas, the area where the damage is located, and will cause enhanced sensitivity. This is a factor that can contribute to increased pain, shorter treatment duration at lower currents, and less successful iontophoresis sessions.

Our first goal was to have a nourishing skin care lotion, and we must say, this goal has been reached. CURRENT CARE is an innovative product and the first After Iontophoresis Lotion ever created.
 
Important:
Do NOT use CURRENT CARE before iontophoresis treatments. Apply it afterwards. Applying it to the hands or the feet before iontophoresis treatments will cause a much larger resistance of current flow to the body. Furthermore, a thin grease film can also increase the resistance of the electrodes as well, which results in them being need to be cleaned much more frequently.

This therapy lotion is suitable for skin care in general too and can be used after UV-A and UV-B treatments.
 
Our Current Care contains a high percentage of Urea and Zinc. Urea can deliver a high fluid level (this is good for Iontophoresis). Zinc is well known for its ability to reduce skin irritations.
